Estimates and inspections

Inspections are provided free of charge and without obligation. Requesting one does not create a contract. A contract exists only when you and an authorised representative of Basement Waterproofing Portland LLC sign a written proposal.

Warranty terms

Warranty coverage described on this site is summarized. The governing terms, including exclusions, transfer procedure and claim process, are those printed on your signed proposal and warranty certificate. Warranties cover the specific area treated and do not extend to untreated portions of the structure.

Photographs and case studies

Project photography and case studies represent completed work, published with the property owner's consent. Results vary with site conditions; nothing shown constitutes a guarantee of a specific outcome on another property.

Third-party financing

Financing is provided by independent lenders, not by us. Approval, rates and terms are determined solely by the lender. We receive no fee contingent on your acceptance of any particular offer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Oregon law, Basement Waterproofing Portland LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Multnomah County, Portland.
